JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Carry out the company’s recruitment work, including posting job advertisements, screening applications, arranging interviews and following up on schedules.
2. Manage human resource procedures such as recruitment, probation, and resignation, ensuring that human resource procedures are carried out correctly.
3. Support the development and implementation of training plans to improve skills and increase awareness of the company’s culture for employees.
4. Coordinate employee relations, handle complaints or issues arising from employees.
5. Complete other human resource-related tasks as required by superiors.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Have at least 1 year of experience working in the human resource field, priority is given to candidates with experience in recruitment or employee management.
2. Proficient in office software, especially Excel and HR system; have good organizational, coordination and communication skills (Chinese and English required or not).
3. Dynamic, proactive in work, have team spirit and ability to withstand high pressure.
